$895 to $1,200 monthly for 2 BRs

There is a minimum 3-month lease for these prices.

Basic Terms and Conditions

1. After the 3 month minimum, tenancy may be terminated at the end of any calendar month provided proper notice was given to the other party by the 15th of that month.
2. Per NH Law, 9% room tax is assessed for any tenancy, less than 185 days.
3. Tenant is responsible for rent and/or tax deficit for early termination.
4. A $100.00 late fee is assessed if rent is 7 or more days late.
5. No pets allowed.
6. All utilities are included in rent.
7. Telephone service available for Tenant contracting.
8. Basic Cable is included. 
9. All units luxuriously furnished, as well as 42" Plasma TV's.
10. Tenant provides bed linens, blankets and towels for winter rentals.
11. Off-street assigned parking that is winter maintained.
12. Smoking is NOT allowed within the units.
